convenient location with some perks
easy walk helpful staff pleasant breakfast room upgrade
The location was ideal for exploring the area. I could easily walk to restaurants and shops. the staff were helpful, even assisting with a minor luggage issue i had. i found the breakfast setup pleasant, with a chef cooking and serving the food directly. also, i was upgraded to a bigger room without asking, a nice surprise.
the water pressure in the shower wasn't great

friendly staff great location clean room asylum seekers unhelpful manager parking space
the staff was friendly and helpful i thought. the location was in a great spot, really close to everything. i found the room to be clean and i like it very much.
i was not told that asylum seekers were living here. i should have had a heads up so i could make other plans i think. the reception manager was not helpful when we looked for our parking. it was not great.

the staffs friendliness charmed me so much, they were helpful. location was great, its close to the shops. my room also had lovely shower, that was good.

central location comfortable bed helpful staff maze corridors long walk street noise
the location was central so i could walk everywhere i wanted to go. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the staff was helpful when i asked for directions.
the corridors felt a bit like a maze and were old. my room was at the back of the hotel so it was a long walk. the noise from the street was loud late at night.

great location helpful staff clean room noisy lift limited breakfast parking availability
the location was great everything was close. the staff was wonderful and helpful. the room was a superior double or twin room it was very clean and well equipped.
the lift was noisy it needed maintenance. the breakfast had limited options if you wanted something more you had to pay extra. i had a hard time finding parking on site there was very little available.

I stayed in a clean room with a nice shower. The staff were helpful. The hotel has car parking available. I found a very comfortable bed.
I noticed steps to the bedroom, which could be difficult with mobility issues.
